Try Your Hand At Some Of Popular Indian Vegetarian Recipes

Jeera Vegetables

Ingredients:
 
1. Butter- 2 tablespoons
2. Olive Oil- 2 tablespoons
3. Jeera- 2 tablespoons
4. Red Chilli Powder- 1 tablespoon
5. Onions- 2
6. Lemon Juice- 2 tablespoons
7. Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste- 1 tablespoon
8. Baby Potatoes- 8-9
9. Palak Puree- 1 cup
10. Baby Carrots- 5-6
11. Coriander Leaves
12. Pepper & Salt to taste
13. Cream (garnish)
14. Elaichi Powder
 
Method:
 
The oil and butter is to be heated in a pan. Add jeera, potatoes, ginger garlic chilli paste, carrot and onions. Following this, the palak puree is to be poured and let to cook for some time. Then put some coriander, pepper and salt and thereafter, mix well. Some butter and cream is to be added and mixed along with lime juice. Garnishing can be done immaculately with a little cream, a hint of red chilli powder and of course, coriander. Serve when it is hot.
